Who are CS Aquatics

CS Aquatics is a brick and mortar shop based in the heart of Glasgow, catering to all your aquarium related needs. We specialise in both Freshwater and Saltwater Aquariums. We have a massive range of the best corals you’ll find anywhere in Scotland and at budget friendly prices too.

How do I create an account?

When making a product purchase you will be able to create an account.

How can I contact customer service?

Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order, browse our products, add the items you want to the cart, and proceed to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

The purchaser has the right to cancel an order within 2 hour of purchase and receive a full refund. This must be communicated to our team via email at connor@cs-aquatics.com. All orders cancelled after 2 hour of purchase will be non refundable and still processed and shipped as though the order was not cancelled. Alternatively store credit will be given for the equivalent value of corals ordered however this is on the basis that the parcel has not already been packaged and shipped. 

How do I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, we use secure encryption to protect your personal information and ensure your transactions are safe.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

Currently, we do not support multiple payment methods for a single order.

Shipping

What are your shipping options?

We use DX as our delivery company. There is a flat rate of £15. This is a over night delivery service and will be delivered to your door by 1pm the following day.
Once you place and order we will contact you to confirm a day for delivery that suits. You will need to sign for the parcel upon arrival.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not currently ship internationally. We can only ship within Mainland UK

How can I get free shipping?

Free shipping is available for orders over £250. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on free shipping promotions.

How do I reset my password?
