Live Arrival Guarantee
At CS Aquatics Ltd, we guarantee that all livestock, including corals and fish, will arrive alive and healthy. See below for more details.
DOA Claims:
- Only DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims for corals, fish, or invertebrates delivered within the specified time are eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Claims must be reported within 1 hour of delivery via email to connor@cs-aquatics.com, with clear images of the item in its original, unopened packaging.
- All packaging must be photographed for potential courier claims.
Postage & Returns:
- Postage and delivery costs are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to request the return of coral skeletons or deceased livestock for further inspection.
Resolution:
- If the claim is approved, either a replacement or store credit will be issued, depending on stock availability. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Refunds:
- Shipping and delivery costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancelation Policy
The purchaser has the right to cancel an order within 2 hour of purchase and receive a full refund. This must be communicated to our team via email at connor@cs-aquatics.com. All orders cancelled after 2 hour of purchase will be non refundable and still processed and shipped as though the order was not cancelled. Alternatively store credit will be given for the equivalent value of corals ordered however this is on the basis that the parcel has not already been packaged and shipped.
