This striking fish is named for the prominent white “keyhole” marking on its otherwise deep black body, creating a unique and eye-catching contrast. Native to the Indo-Pacific, this hardy dwarf angelfish is an active swimmer that thrives in well-established aquariums with plenty of rockwork for grazing and shelter.

- Feeding: Keyhole Angelfish require a balanced omnivorous diet. Provide high-quality marine pellets or flakes, supplemented with frozen foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and spirulina-based foods. Offer seaweed sheets occasionally to promote natural grazing. Feed 2-3 times daily.
- Tank Setup: A tank of at least 70 gallons is recommended to provide ample swimming space. Include plenty of live rock for grazing and structured hiding areas.
- Behaviour: Semi-aggressive, particularly towards other angelfish or similarly shaped species. Best kept singly or with carefully selected tank mates to avoid territorial disputes.

Delivery
Delivery Policy
We use DX Delivery for all livestock shipments, a licensed courier specialising in safe transport of Corals and Live Fish. All livestock is shipped via Pre 1pm Next Day delivery, ensuring minimal transit time. The flat shipping rate is £19.99 for orders under £150, with free delivery for orders exceeding this amount.
Once your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange delivery, available from Tuesday to Friday. It is essential that someone is available to receive the parcel on the arranged day. We cannot take responsibility for delays or missed deliveries.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging livestock. Fish are double or triple-bagged with tank water and oxygen, insulated in a foil bag with padding, and placed in a polystyrene box. Heat packs may be included depending on weather conditions. Boxes are sealed and dispatched in the afternoon to reduce time in transit.
Limitations
We can only ship within Mainland UK, certain postcodes within the Scottish Highlands are unfortunately not possible to deliver to due to time restrictions on the couriers behalf.
